What is Anti Wordle?

Antiwordle spins Wordle and rewards you when you guess wrong. You can’t lose to this. In a world where losing at Wordle can take you straight into emotions, sometimes you need to secure victory. For me, Antiwordle is a five-word word game. It questions the idea of what it means to lose. Antiwordle sounds exciting until you play it. It’s very similar to the classic Wordle, the simple word-guessing game that circulates on the internet. But the idea is to avoid guessing the wrong word, so try as much as possible while avoiding the correct answer. Some rules make the goals harder. If you think a letter that is not in the word, the letter is grayed out and cannot be used. The correct letter in the wrong position turns yellow and must be used in the next guess. The correct letter in the correct position turns red and must be used in that position in the next guess. Antiwordle keeps dragging you toward the right word. It is your job to resist.

What is AntiWordle You play against the competition and against yourself, trying to complete your guesses to determine a new personal best? My best score so far is eight guesses. A quick survey of Twitter chats shows that some people are turning this into double-digit guesses, which makes me a little thirsty. What does it mean to lose with Anti Word? Maybe you accidentally guessed the keyword of the day. But is it a loss? It will be a matter of luck and has nothing to do with your vocabulary. In my book, playing Anti Wordle is a win. It activated a part of my brain directly adjacent to but different from my perception of the Wordle game. Playing requires a creative flair. I still love all the Wordle games, but Anti Wordle is a game that has made its way into my daily wordplay plan. Anti Wordle feels like there is a new word every day like there is a new variation of the word game every day. Cue Antiwordle is another language strategy game that changes the rules. A daily word-guessing game that surprised many after its launch a few months ago, Wordle still shows no signs of slowing down. But this world is the world of creator Josh Wardle. The New York Times Game is up and running and offers plenty of enticing options for word game lovers. One of the latest spinoffs of the viral game is Antiwordle. The paradoxical way games are played the exact opposite of the games people have learned to play and love. While the original game was about using the letters in it to guess the right word, the new game is all about trying not to think the right word. Unlike Wordle, the aim of the game is to lose.

In Anti Wordle, things are a bit different. The last change gives you a chance not to get the correct answer. Each step is a way to eliminate a wrong word choice. So the game’s rules are slightly different from what we’re used to. Like the original game, you get a new word every day, but the difference is that you try to avoid guessing that word. You start thinking of a five-letter word from the beginning. In Anti Wordle, the basic rules require that unused letters in words are grayed out and cannot be used in this game. A yellow tile means that the letter is in the word but not in the right place but should be used in the next period. In the end, the correct letter in the correct position will turn red and will have to be used in the same place in your next guess. When you find the right word, it tells you how many guesses you have made. The more guesses, the higher the success rate. If you are tired of simple word games and want to try something more challenging, this could be the Anti Wordle game.
